"How long will it take to fix my computer?"
This depends mostly on the repairs your computer requires. The great majority of repairs can be done overnight. As long as you drop off your computer before 8pm, we can have your computer ready for pickup in the morning. If your computer requires a hardware replacement, repairs may take as long as a week as we will need to order your replacement part.
"How much will it cost to fix my computer?"
Every repair is slightly different but most pricing can be found on our repair services page. Call a Handybug technician and we will be happy to offer a quote over the phone or through our contact page. Just keep in mind -- our prices are consistently lower than our competitors and customer satisfaction is always achieved!
"What if I have questions after my computer is repaired?"

"What Anti-Virus Software do you recommend?"
For optimum protection we recommend ESET Nod32. Unlike Norton, McAfee and Kaspersky, ESET Nod32 DOES NOT slow down your system and utilizes very little system resources. For less than $40 / year, this robust anti-virus / anti-spyware software will do its job without dominating your computer. The best anti-virus software are the ones which run in the background and do not constantly remind you of their presence. One of our technicians joked that "he'd rather have a virus on his computer than have Norton or McAfee installed".
We strongly believe the best FREE Anti-Virus software is Avira Anti-Virus. It works in the background like Nod32 and doesn't noticeably compromise your system's performance. Many of our customers have also tried AVG and Avast but we find Avira does the best job.
